Each 1 lb (454g) glass jar is bottled with care by Defiance Hill Farms, a small local apiary operated by a North Carolina Certified Honey Producer. This honey is never mass-produced or blended from unknown sources. It is local, seasonal, and tied directly to the flowers and fields of our region.
